Printed Apparel

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

High-quality inks and printing technology are used to create vibrant, lasting designs.

To wash

Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors

Use mild detergent

Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary

Avoid fabric softeners

Do not dry-clean

To dry

Hang-dry or tumble-dry on low

To iron

Use a cool iron inside-out

Never iron directly on the print

Proper care helps prevent fading, cracking, and shrinking.

Printed Apparel

Direct-to-Film (DTF / DTFlex)

DTFlex printing creates durable, long-lasting color.

To wash

Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle

Use the recommended amount of detergent

Do not use fabric softeners

To dry

Tumble-dry on low or air-dry for best results

To iron

Use a cool iron inside-out

Do not iron directly on the print

Embroidered Products

Apparel

To wash

Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle

Use mild detergent

Small amounts of chlorine bleach are acceptable, though non-chlorine bleach is preferred

If color residue appears, rinse in lukewarm water, then cold water several times

Do not rub the embroidery

To dry

Avoid soaking or piling items while wet

Do not wring out fabric

Use a cool-air tumble-dry setting

To iron

Iron inside-out, ideally between two cloths

Do not steam or wet the embroidery

Hats

Hand-washing is strongly recommended. Machine washing may damage the shape and embroidery.

To wash

Use mild detergent with lukewarm water

Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth

Avoid brushes

Do not bleach

If unsure, consult the manufacturer’s label or seek professional cap-cleaning guidance.

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners as they may damage prints

Not dishwasher safe to protect the vacuum seal

Wipe gently with a damp cloth

To freshen

Spray lightly with water and a few drops of essential oil
